What happened
The dashboard requires Cloudflare Access and is missing the settings it needs to verify a session, so it refuses every request rather than serving an unauthenticated admin surface.

What to do
An RSX admin needs to set ACCESS_TEAM_DOMAIN and ACCESS_AUD on the dashboard. See docs/deployment.md.
