What happened
The version's metadata is intact but the stored bytes it references are not in storage. This is a registry fault rather than a problem with the request.

What to do
Report the requestId to RSX. Retrying will not help, and republishing the version will not either, because published versions are immutable.

The body is application/problem+json. detail varies with the request; everything else is what you see here.
