What happened
The artefact exceeds the limit for how it is being uploaded. Single-request uploads are bounded by object storage; npm tarballs and Cargo crates are bounded more tightly because their protocols carry the bytes inside the request body.

What to do
The detail gives the limit and the size received. For a large OCI layer, use a chunked blob upload session rather than a single request.

What you receive
The body is application/problem+json. detail varies with the request; everything else is what you see here.
