What happened
The audit source was claimed by a different API key, on the same rule as namespaces: the first key to record an event under a source owns it.

What to do
Use the key that claimed the source, or ask a platform admin to reassign it. Omitting the source filter on audit/list returns the sources your key does own.

The body is application/problem+json. detail varies with the request; everything else is what you see here.
