What happened
The model finished without writing an answer, usually because its reasoning used the whole output budget. RSX reports it rather than return a blank reply.

What to do
Retry. If it recurs, raise `limits.maxOutputTokens`, lower `thinking`, or choose another model.

The body is application/problem+json. detail varies with the request; everything else is what you see here.
