What happened
The file could not be read as a specification or a document. It needs a title and a slug, from its front matter or from the request, and the slug must be lowercase letters, digits and single hyphens.

What to do
Add front matter to the file, or supply the title and slug in the request. Front matter is a block of key and value lines fenced by three hyphens at the very top of the file.

The body is application/problem+json. detail varies with the request; everything else is what you see here.
