What happened
Discord refused to exchange the authorisation code, most often because it expired or was already used. Nothing was installed and nothing was recorded. The detail carries Discord's own message.

What to do
Start the installation again. If it keeps failing, Discord may be having an outage, or the application's Discord setup needs an RSX admin to check it.
