What happened
The target is not one this installation can be recorded against. Either the id is not a valid Discord id, which is 17 to 20 digits, or a personal installation named a Discord account other than the one verified on your RSX ID.

What to do
Correct the id. For a personal installation, connect Discord to your RSX ID at id.rsx.group and install to that account.
