What happened
The key is valid but doesn't hold the scope this endpoint requires (scopes look like project:group:action). RSX ID's OIDC authorize endpoint also uses this slug with a 400 for a different problem: the scopes an application asked for are missing 'openid', include first-party-only scopes it may not receive, or, for an application bound to an RSX resource such as RSX MCP, include a scope that resource does not define.

What to do
The error detail names the missing scope. Ask a platform admin to add it to the key, or use a key that has it.

The body is application/problem+json. detail varies with the request; everything else is what you see here.
