What happened
The delivery's HMAC signature did not verify against the configured secret. The receiver takes no other credential, so an unsigned or mis-signed body is refused outright.

What to do
Check that the GitHub App's webhook secret matches the one configured here. GitHub retries failed deliveries, so a corrected secret recovers on its own.

What you receive
The body is application/problem+json. detail varies with the request; everything else is what you see here.
