What happened
The state value is missing, or it exceeds the 32 KiB serialised limit. The limit is deliberate: RSX State stores documents a program needs in memory, not files.

What to do
Send value: null to store an explicit null. If the value is too large, store the bytes in RSX Files and keep a reference to them in State.

The body is application/problem+json. detail varies with the request; everything else is what you see here.
