What happened
The authorization request named a resource (RFC 8707) that is not the one this application is registered for, or named one for an application that is not registered for any. An application bound to an RSX resource, such as RSX MCP, issues tokens for that resource only.

What to do
Send the resource the application is registered for, or leave the parameter out and RSX ID uses that one. An administrator can change which resource an application signs people in to at admin.rsx.group.
