What happened
A JWT-authenticated endpoint rejected the bearer token: missing, malformed, expired, wrong issuer/audience, or not signed by a known key. Also returned by RSX ID for an unrecognised, expired, or reused refresh token.

What to do
Re-authenticate to obtain a fresh token. RSX ID (id/v1) issues these: log in via /id/v1/sessions/create, or exchange a valid refresh token at /id/v1/sessions/refresh.
