What happened
An artefact upload arrived without a Content-Length. Object storage cannot accept a body whose size is not known in advance, so there is nothing to write.

What to do
Send a Content-Length header. Every ordinary HTTP client does this automatically for a body of known size; a chunked or streaming upload has to be buffered first.

What you receive
The body is application/problem+json. detail varies with the request; everything else is what you see here.
