What happened
A container version could not be resolved to a verifiable image digest. Either RSX Registry answered with an error or without a digest (502), or this service has no registry binding at all (501).

What to do
Pin the image yourself with source.image, which needs no registry lookup. If the binding is missing, the service must be deployed with REGISTRY_V1 bound.

The body is application/problem+json. detail varies with the request; everything else is what you see here.
