What happened
The RSX State namespace was claimed by a different API key. The first key to write to a namespace owns it, because every key on that service holds the same scopes and scope alone cannot keep two consumers apart.

What to do
Use the key that claimed the namespace. If that key was rotated or revoked, ask a platform admin to reassign the namespace to the new key.
