What happened
A service with that slug is already in the status catalogue. Slugs are the public identifier a visitor bookmarks and an external monitor polls, so they are not reused while the first service exists.

What to do
Choose a different slug, or amend the existing service with /status/v1/admin/services/update. Purging the original first frees the slug and deletes its history with it.
