What happened
The endpoint requires a platform API key and the request carried none that the gateway could verify.

What to do
Send your key as an Authorization: Bearer rsx_live_... header. Package-manager clients have their own place to configure it: npm's _authToken, Cargo's registry token, and an OCI client's login.

The body is application/problem+json. detail varies with the request; everything else is what you see here.
