What happened
The session row is missing state it cannot work without, such as its storage key or its multipart id. It cannot be finished.

What to do
Abort the session and start a new one. Report the requestId if it happens repeatedly.

The body is application/problem+json. detail varies with the request; everything else is what you see here.
