What happened
That version is already published, and a published version is immutable: its bytes and metadata are what they were when it was published, permanently. Republishing identical content succeeds as a retry; anything else, including unpublishing and yanking, is refused.

What to do
Publish a new version. A build that needs to correct a release corrects it in a successor, so that anything already resolving the old version keeps resolving the same bytes.
